Hello folks, I have got so much rubbish going back so many years and I want to get rid. So far I am having to delete them one by one...is there any way to get rid in one fell swoop?

Not only is it laborious it's eating into my data allowance from my carrier!

Select a folder, tap and hold on one of the emails. They'll slide a bit to the right, and a circle next to them will become visible. You'll also find "Select All" at the top. Either choose that, or checkmark the emails you wish to remove, and then select the trash icon.

The easiest thing to do would be to use a computer or the webmail site to delete the older emails. Those usually have more robust selection and deletion tools. The changes will sync back to the iPad's Outlook app the next time you open it.

Bit late now, but delete them once a year.
