Deleted Photos Location??

Hi all,
Does anyone know where photos go when you delete them from the photos app?
Emails go to the deleted folder where you can get them if needed. What about the photos?

There is a Recently Deleted folder in the Photos App.

Deleted photos will stay in the ‘Recently Deleted’ folder for 30 days before being permanently deleted, giving you a chance to restore them if you deleted them in error.
