Default IOS email program lockup

Since upgrading to IOS 8 the provided email program is locking up on me. It works for awhile, but then eventually it locks up, for example when selecting a new email. I then have to close the program to regain control of the email program. Anybody else experiencing this?

Try reseting the device by holding down the power and home buttons until you see the Apple Logo, release, and let it reboot.

If that does not work you can also try removing and re-adding your email account under Settings > Mail, Calendars, Contacts.

We're talking about the Mail app that comes installed on all iOS devices. At least I hope we are.
