I am asking about cydia what is this ? So many people say to me that download cydia and some says don't I also see my friend,s iPod cydia icon PLESE explain .
One question more that How to use caps lock if I want to write a whole sentence in big letters ?

Double tap one of the two arrows TO WRITE IN BLOCK CAPITALS.




And then they look this way while writing.

Cydia is the "AppStore" for the jail breaker. You don't just download it, you have to jail break your iPad first (as long as it's running a jail breakable iOS).
