Hey everyone... So I'm obviously a noob to this forum, but I figured I'd post a little project of mine and see what people thought.

So the case itself is wrapped in foe-leather, while the inside is composed of some cool scrap-booking paper I found. The core of the case is made of a wood composite, so its surprisingly rigid, and feels very solid (but still lightweight!). I plan on making quite a few more for friends and family, and will probably exercise those photoshop skills I've been refining over the past 15 years, haha. Let me know what you think, and if you REALLY like it... let me know and maybe we can talk about it. Its no dodo case, but it is truly a classy looking case that I could potentially customize for you (any exterior material, any interior design, paper sleeves, pen holders, etc) on the cheap! anyways... let me know what you guys think. THANKS!

neglected to mention that... I have a really thin hardshell case that the iPad sits in, and had velcro on the back of that (before even making this case). I thought it was appropriate for me... the next revision will probably see a custom cut-out sleeve for the iPad to sit inside of. I currently work in a machine shop and have access to CNC Mills, where I can easily manufacture dies to stamp out custom patterns into materials like cloth, etc. Therefore, the next revision will be a little more elegant. :)
