Copy files from card reader to usb disk

Hi everyone,

I'm travelling for a month, and I,ll be taking lots of video footage on my Cf cards, I,ll also be carrying my ipad also here is the question; Can I use my ipad to transfer the contents of a cf card ( using a card reader) to an external usb ?

Unfortunatly there is no way to do that. You must have a Computer to add stuff to your iPad. Even if you had acess to a pc it would really not be worth the hassle trying to download then upload to your iPad then redownload once you got home....

If you have the camera connector kit for ipad you could transfer .jpg files only.
that is how far as you could go. No videos.
