Controlling video on the iPhone 4 from the iPad 2

Does anyone know if there is an app out there or soon coming?

I'd like to be able to frame a shot on the iPhone 4 and then use the iPad to remotely view it.

Also if you could actually control the camera on the iPhone 4 from the iPad.
