Change of from name

How to I change the name that comes up under the "from" line on my emails so it shows my partners name as well

You'll have to do this in your email account using a browser to access it. It must be somewhere in the settings of the account.

Try going to settings, email etc, signature and alter 'sent from my ipad' to your signature.
