Can't Upload Photos

My iPad 2 won't upload photos to some forums and sites. When I try to upload, the "choose file" button is grayed out. How can I upload photos from iPad? I have no problems with some sites and uploading, but it seems like when a site is wanting a photo from my "computer" the iPad is not recognized. Sometimes I have found another way to upload photos using Flickr but that cannot always be done. Thanks in advance.

You need to use a different browser. Safari does not support file uploads.

So what is a good browser? I'm having the same problem with my Safari and uploading photos. Thank you for any help you can give.

As long as the website doesn't use a Flash uploader or some other trick, iCab seems to work the best for me.
