can't sync with camera connector kit anymore...

Hello. I just purchased a Canon 7D to replace my Canon 40D. However, to my surprise, my iPad and my 7D don't want to talk to each other!! Anyone have a 7D Who can potentially advise. I already searched the forum and the only article similar to this was a question about a canon powershot. Thanks in advance for any help y'all can provide.

Do you still have the Canon 40D? Does that still connect OK if you do have it? i.e. is this an iPad issue - it can connect to the 40D but not to the 7D - or something more - it now can't connect to either camera?

Let us know and perhaps we can suggest some things to try.....
