Can't save save shah blobs?

Hi everyone, I've been saving shah blobs for a lot now and I've never had any problem, I always save them every time a new IOS comes out but with my iPad 3 I'm having some problems that I've never seen anywhere else, when I go into cydia I get instead of "IOS 5.1.1" (or any other blobs) this "This device is in the pending TSS queue." I tried saving the blobs anyway but unsuccessfully as I can't read any. I'm already jailbroken on 5.1.1 so I guess I should have already blobs, is there any reason why I don't have them ad/or to fix this and to save blobs for 5.1.1? Thanks everyone
