Rented iron man hd version last night on iTunes. Download was taking so long I went to bed hoping it would be downloaded by morning. Instead, my email said I was charged for the rental, but the video was NOWHERE to be found on my Ipad. HELP!
Rented iron man hd version last night on iTunes. Download was taking so long I went to bed hoping it would be downloaded by morning. Instead, my email said I was charged for the rental, but the video was NOWHERE to be found on my Ipad. HELP!
iTunes support said they will refund the cost of the rental and told me to download future video rentals to a regular computer then transfer video to Ipad.
