Cannot connect to App Store

Well, apparently not being able to connect to the App Store, had nothing to do with ios7. I noticed that my wifi connection to my laptop was also all of a sudden slow and the streaming connection to the TV no longer worked. So it had to be the router. I checked the connections; all were OK then reset the router.....FIXED THE PROBLEM.
 
Glad you found the source of your problem from your home network and not from the iOS update. Often times it's very easy to blame an update rather then look at other things that could be the issue.
