Joseph Adama. He was a celebrated civil liberties lawyer on Caprica who was affiliated with the Tauron criminal organization Ha'la'tha in the years prior to the First Cylon War.

Our family originated on the colony of Tauron. My father Joseph and his brother, my uncle Sam, were raised there. My grandparents parents were casualties of the Tauron Uprising.

When dad moved off world to Caprica, he changed his name to "Adams" to avoid the anti-Tauron prejudice prevalent in Caprican society. He eventually changed his name back to "Adama" – the name under which his legal texts were published.

my great grandfather was Sir George Williams Weedon, an airline engineer scientist from UK. He died in the Philippines unfortunately we lost contact of our family in UK do you know more of him. He went to Philippines early 1900--.mission trip fell in love with ,my great grandma, ousted by his UK family discrimination back then was very harsh.
