Bluetooth on Ipad2

Hi there. Does anyone know if ipad2 has bluetooth or how do I turn it on/off?

Hi and welcome to the Forum. Go to Settings then General and Bluetooth is in the top half.
If you do some searches you will find the answers to a lot of your questions, if then you can't find what you're looking for then by all means post your question, there are many friendly folk here only too willing to answer your questions. Hold in mind that the iPad does not support all bluetooth features or devices. That includes things like file transfer to/from computers/devices and printers. If you are considering buying a bluetooth device be sure to research on whether it will work first.
