Those factories do exist, but they are only available for purchase every once in a while. When they do offer them, make sure to pick them up!

VIP containers often ask for the items from premium shops. GI could not sell enough of them so they came up with the idea of giving us "a reason" to buy these shops. These shops are pretty much useless otherwise. They will be collecting dust in your storage 99% of the time.

Thank you to the person who filled my container with shoes and timber slabs. Shoes was an unfortunate incident where I lost it due to a bad Internet connection. Timber slabs - I can't make them yet. Factory will be finished in a couple of hours, and then I'll beagle to make timber.
Still need 6 timber slabs for last container. Thanks
