I'm still slowly collecting items for the first upgrade. My treasury hasn't completed yet but someone said it was 20 of each which means I need 8 more rainbows, 9 more hats and 1 more shamrock.I hope I get them all in the next few hours!

I have one can, just got home from work and the orthodontist. Said my teeth are looking good. Well they should for $5K I would think, lol.
GI should come up with things like doctors, dentist, garages etc.

Thanks sugar, I didn't know that. Hey I think this forum team needs to discuss and come up with gift Etiquette guidelines.
Mostly because of gift limits and price degradation of paid gifts. The group of friends here has grown, and that's great. However, I see a pattern of where we run out of free gifts and resort to paid gifts, namely the billboard. So what happens is we pay 1500 for a billboard to someone, who in turns, pays 1500 for a billboard in return. In the end they each paid 1500 for something with a trade in value of 150. Now that doesn't make sense. There is an achievement for receipt of paid gifts so there is some value in that. Now I sent a handful of billboards to someone to help them out buying a new structure or upgrade. But that person went and sent me a bunch. So in effect I hurt the friend by costing them more.
But for me, unless I list a need in my signature, I'm happy to receive any free gifts, but don't feel obligated to send me a paid gift, if you run out of free ones. I suspect like many of you, you don't keep score on who you send gifts to and what you get in return from them. In the real world, we return the favor of a gift or at least a thank you card. WE DO THAT, it's socially required. (in case you mother didn't teach you) but in the game, the gift structure does not match the real world. If you think differently my cayman island account number for gift receipts is 87654321. I WILL send you a gift card lol.
Fooling aside, I'd like to hear your thoughts. And later after I close the commenting period, I will post any suggestions. Feel free to comment in a personal message if you prefer to comment in private. I won't reveal who said what but will post proposed guidelines for group decision. And if you think I should be playing the game more and less posting feel free to tell me that too.

Yes, the wiki is up to date. The last one figured out was the Marble Business man and it's updated in the wiki. There are only a few secret achievements left to figure out. If anybody has these, please chime in.

I glad it is not just me, I got through the Shamrock and Hats in 1 1/2 days but am still some way off of the rainbows. driving me mad, a couple of times now I have used all 25 energies and not had a single rainbow

Wow, I'm more than half way through the first upgrade of the treasury. I might actually complete this quest!
In the meantime, I'm on the ET avocado/cheesecake stage. I have 1 avocado and because I'm still trying to rebuild my population after reducing it to 666 and 0, I can't build a food plant yet

The food plant is great...once you get it you'll be super happy! How many paper mills do you have? You need 2 papers to make juice, which only takes 15 min.
I'm just about to do the first upgrade at the treasury...10 hours for the upgrade. OUCH.
