I can't find the post, but does the person who reported their rubies as "stolen" and got them back after submitting a ticket have that email from GI still? Ill private message you my email so you can forward it, if you do.

They just told me it was an Eiffel task requirement, but I am certain it wasn't clearly listed, only discussed in the cheesy description they provide.

When I followed up with the message I screenshot below regarding others being told it was a glitch and refunded, I was told that during the Eiffel Tower quest I hadn't purchased credits which may have been used towards purchasing rubies which has me pissed off. I most certainly have so the rep is telling a bold faced lie. I've purchased about $20 worth in the past 6 weeks.
He also admits there was an issue bc they are fixing the problem in a new update.

Apple is getting an email about Game Insights lack of customer service and costly glitches and inconsistencies.

That was me. Do you know which particular assignment allegedly required rubies? And how many rubies did they take from you? I lost two and they said they were lost items. No mention of ET whatsoever. I did not even know there was anything in the assignment pertaining to the rubies when I submitted my ticket.


Meanwhile, collecting hats. If you think clovers were pain in the rear, wait until you start collecting other items. I found only 4 hats so far. 80-90% miss.

Thanks for the heads up summer. REMEMBER folks, try to collect extra while your in the sequence, you will need them for upgrades. Upgrades earn you achievements!

No it's just a special they run from time to time. Do you not have the bundle of dollars on the right side of your screen? It's weird but they launch things at different times for everyone, maybe the suitcase special hasn't started for you yet.

I have the same percentages...have 25 hats now, going to be a long go at it.

I can't remember, I think it was workers and books. That guy Andrew Su always gives me the runaround. Apple was awesome...I got a refund within an hour.

Yes, I have it. It's just never occurred to me that it might have stuff for the daily contest. I expected that it only had stuff for the big missions

Good thought but I don't think that's it because there is the achievement for destroying houses already.
This achievement and the gold fever are hard! I can't wait for someone to figure it out.
