Yep, that's how you do it! I just finished these last night by not selling any of the items until I had 15 in the warehouse.

Croissants are produced in the bakery.

Visit those at the top of the ratings and see for yourself!

Cities are regular and ordered, buildings of same type group together.

Yes, and another one to watch out for - bringing a factory out of storage is treated as a new building, and you may need to upgrade the administration building!

Looks like GI may have screwed up again... I purchased the ice fortress (which was supposedly required for the Xmas task) - I dumped it on a spare piece of land while I waited for a new land acquisituon to finish, and the joke is that when you select this building you can't move it (or destroy it), so it's randomly placed in my game now... very annoying.

Same with the sleigh!
