Well an early night then. Even had to talk to the wife this evening. I for one will not be starting from scratch again, all the months and cash I have spent. Still could be worse think how Much Moskva has to lose. Let's see what happens but why can't GI at least give us all a clue of what is going on.

I have not upgraded to the latest upgrade. My game did crash once today and it gave me my inventory back that I used for the port. The port still registered my deliveries so it was in my favor.

I upgraded to iOS 7 the day it came out and haven't any gameplay issues since. Also have the game updated to the latest version that's available in the App Store.

I turned on my iPad today and Big business was reset to the beginning level 1, when i left this morning I was level 49 any ideas on what happened? I have spent too much time and money to start all over! HELP!!!

Welcome to the club! GI's ineptness on full display yet again! I can't tell you how ticked off I still am about it. I can't even imagine what some of the others who have much bigger 'towns' than I do feel like right about now.

I just lost my game. I was just looking at my city trying to plan my overnight builds and noticed the offer icon. I had just tapped it when it crashed, This seems to be the common issue with those who lost their games. I submitted a ticket on the GI website but it asked what version of the game I had installed....I have no idea and answered dont know. I'm sure that will go a long way with the geniuses at GI support.

I see a lot of players tapped on this icon before the game crashed, but as far as I remember I never did. So not sure if that is the cause of this fiasco.

I don't think any one thing in particular has triggered the reset. I, for example, simply switched to a different app on my iPad and when I went back to the game it restarted BB like it always does, only this time it had reset my progress.

I did tap the new offer icon and lost everything. I'm betting it was for something i am waiting to buy, like the jewelry factory. I have been playing the reset, which has been kind of fun, but doubt i will stick with it. Russia does not celebrate Thanksgiving, so perhaps they mixed it up with April Fool's Day?!? Jk, relax.
