Hydroplant challenge - I just got to the collect energy task and now the floating M for the modules has appeared again. Has anyone else got them or is this something that will only appear when you are already collecting energy for something else?

I have the M challenge also, you may be right about the energy bar use as thanksgiving is about to start and this no doubt will require the energy bar

Ahhh! So we will have to choose either modules or cranberry turkey park! Madness!

The M module that is floating has the same reward as the daily challenges. I don't see the point of the M module if it doesn't reward you for research center items . If thi is the case for the holiday challenge I will not be choosing the module to suck up energy.

I noticed that too. Maybe yet another programming glitch?

I completed mine for today, but now I have an annoying m wandering around and when I click on it, it say it won't renew for another 8 hours.

I annoy myself! I had turned off the little men walking around in my settings menu :/ Just realised, turned it back on, and hey presto, a module piece has dropped and lots of keys. Also now realise how to decline citizens requests for the dictator achievement. Makes a bit more sense now.

I completed the first quest. Saw the little m man wandering. Had to wait for 3 hours to unlock next quest. Went to bed. And now, 8 hours later, he's not around anymore. What do I do?

Sometimes when you open the game it turns off the people, I think it's to do with memory space, anyway, glad it makes more sense

I am planning a mass upgrade of a number of buildings and am trying to figure out the most efficient game plan. When the 'building brigade' item is used, does the building upgrade instantly? I know it provides a free upgrade but I wasn't sure if it still took the time to complete or not. I am thinking of using the hammer and the brigade and wanted to figure out the ideal combination.

Also, what is the bulldozer used for? Is it only to instantly complete a piece of land that has already been purchased?

The building brigade is not instant just free. You are correct about the bulldozer

Ah well! That makes the task a little less convenient. Some these higher levels that forever to complete!

So I found out yesterday I am blocked forever because my niece changed my ipad date to her birthday! I can't play challenges or contests or visit friends I'm assuming I should stop playing any suggestions ?
It seems impossible to play with these restrictions because you need to visit friends for some challenges

That is a shame. Don't have any suggestions for you. Most of the fun for me is the challenges and the port; so if I could no longer do those not sure if I would continue. Sorry. :-(
