Not necessarily - the friends have to mark a container, and then click the button for help needed.

Soon will start on chemical plant as well. My mine is being upgraded to level 4 now, so closing in.
I got my 10 medals in the last 5 days, so bought the Arc - will thus not fight for cocoa today (no good cashflow), but focus on making gold coins and upgrading plants. Simultaneously, I will produce cottage cheese with my 6 dairy factories non-stop: yes, today is a national Holiday in Russia.

I can't do the containers today or the daily contest. Upgrading the chemical plant then onto upgrading the cosmetic factory which is three days. I got 4 city credits from the port so far. My mine is at level three and will try to get that upgraded. I may go for the zero population achievement since I can't expand until I get the power plant. Will keep an eye on your port today. I need the selfless achievement.
 
I have a new 'tool' in my gift box today. It's a turbine which has replaced the chisels, hammers, trowels and drills....... But....... When I try and gift it it says. YOU cannot not make this gift!!! What the deuce??
 
My port challenge today is paper, chlorine and cables. I will make it easy and let friends do the paper. My port opens in about 5 hours. I cannot do the containers today because I can't do cables or chlorine.

No that is a restaurant. I don't remember the name of it but since the beginning they have offered quite a few industrial building for city credits. I only got 2 others besides the jeweler pack. They didn't seem very profitable now I see where they play a part. I figured they were just pushing them for the coolness factor so never purchased.

Is it the Sombrero Restaurant? I just sent you a friend request and pulled my Sombrero restaurant out of storage.
 
Here's something I discovered regarding collecting steel details for the commercial port - do not destroy donut shops while collecting these items; my drop rate had improved over the last few days, including a mammoth drop of nine steel details yesterday - thinking I was well on my way, I started to destroy some of the donut shops (given that I had 18) in order to make space for new buildings - I destroyed six donut shops 24 hours ago, and since then not a single steel detail has dropped. I suspect there may be a direct correlation between destroying the donut shops and a "halt" on steel detail drops.
