I desperately need to add a friend from lower than level 11. I did have one, but for some reason (since I ran the update) he/she is no longer a friend.
I now have no friends on less than level 11, so I'm gonna be stumped in completing the bridge challenge in time. And if I don't, GI will never get another penny from me, and I've spent a silly amount in this game. The bridge and port quests have been an absolute disgrace
Can anyone help with regard to the level 11 friend? I only need one if I can get it today.

Well done on completing it - I still have 14 or 15 to go, and 10 hours to complete it... so will miss out on the reward, but just want to finish this damn port now... I lodged a ticket, and it looks like Yana's on copy and paste duty:

That requirement seems a little ridiculous to me. You can easily get from start to level 11 in a day, and most people (myself included) get well past level 11 before they realize that they need lots of friends to do certain things in the game.

Is anyone else having trouble getting suitcases to drop for the hydro plant? 5 days and not one suitcase. No way to finish in the time allotted.

I can say they are very very slow to drop. I am still on phase 2 part 2.... Will be able to update mine so I can make the 40 aluminum today...update is 34 hours....no way can anyone finish this in the time limit without mega credits spent....laughable really.

Looks like Russian World is getting his friends in on the act. On the latest update about the beach items from the facebook BB page, there are two requests from two completely separate people asking you to add RussianWorld. A Елена Полушковская (female) and Victor Shapkin (male). I am giving the benefit of the doubt here that this is not a cheating man, nor a GI insider...
