Nope don't plan in trying for safe. GI says this is a game of luck so no guarantee you are getting anything.

The update probably fixed a glitch that was to our favor that we didn't know about yet.

You are not supposed to "surrender to obstacles," including GI customer service, the greatest obstacle. You should complain to Apple and maybe you will get your money back. Worth a try.
Btw, for some reason I have got a game called "Big data overload" in my Updates and BB icon did not go away after I downloaded their update. Hmm... And who would ever want to download something called big data overload? And why is it "update?"

I can confirm that the steel details drop is still non existent after the update, and my service request on the problem is just being ignored so I am thinking of raising a request on the hour, every hour until they acknowledge it.

I got them with both the short and long task yesterday but both tasks today didn't have any business cards. I think it's random if you get them.

Anyone working on hydroplant. Are u also having that worker come and go. He was there then disappeared all of a sudden hahahahaha come to think of it maybe GI is mad with me so making it more difficult. That's alright I am not spending any more money. Don't care about that nano generator. Only thing that will change my thinking is them getting a lot of better customer service and fire that Yana person cause he/she is worthless.

Guys, I am curious as to what kind of response you got from GI. Did they compensate you, did they call you liars and cheaters, or did they say "tough luck, no can do?"
