What a joke! Time to submit a ticket - Again!

I have the same issue. This is the issue, the details come out waiting for the bolt, a stage earlier. They come very hard almost every time. But now a stage later you need them and they don't drop. Its only a1/2 day for me at this but none of my 10 shops dropped one yet.

Did anyone get the bonus for finishing in less than 10 days for the port? I even event on a trip and earned money and still no bonus. I did not get the architectural plans either. How do you post snapshots of the game?

Take snapshot with on button and home button at same time.

Up to 25 assuming they haven't received any gifts yet. I think that is the max gifts a person can receive in a day.

It's a good question. All of mine are level 1. I will look to upgrade a couple and see if that makes a difference (somehow doubt it....)

I am busy getting Granite and Limestone so I can upgrade a couple, should have done the Limestone first though so the Granite was going through the night.

Is there any way to see how many employees you have created?

I read you need 10 workers for port and don't want to make too many

Am gonna wait to start port as am a lev 30. So am going to stock up first

Look in Storage and then Staff to see what yo have

Love this game, became an addict 2 or 3 months ago... On level 30.

What do you use workers for? I have got the drivers all lined our, but what about workers, engineers and such. What does the university get me? Gotten this far and feel like I am missing something.

Here is a new way of game frustration. II wrote a ticket because in my friends area it says I have 4 free gifts to give but I get an error trying to send one.

CS replied by closing my ticket and calling me a cheater. They implemented a system that tries to catch cheaters. One system monitors if you change your system time and date. Lol. I don't even know how to do that. But apparently their database says I have done that and my game was suspended. Furthermore they are happy to inform me that my suspension has been lifted. OMG are you kidding me? I bet whenever I change wifi or cellular locations my system clock is updated to the local network time. Thus activating that I am cheating and suspending my current activities.

Sooooo folks, I would advise closing the game down when you travel to avoid being called a cheater.

That might be why havingfun99 said try going offline for a few hours to help the drops.

To check if your in suspension mode test for free gifts to give and see if you can send one.

I know hydro plant does..just finished that one now on to 10 welders and 40 aluminum.

I checked my mine which is at level 4. Aluminum is level 5 and the upgrade cost is are you ready. 1,440,000 coins and 34 hours.

You probably need that aluminum to make cables, and cables for the hydroplant. Just guessing here

Your are a cheater plain and simple. NAH JUST KIDDING. That is messed up that because there software is faulty you get punished for it.. On the other hand I am glad that they are at least trying to keep the cheaters at bay even though there anti cheating software may not be perfect.

-varnish

Can only produce varnish myself.

I can provide ore and varnish. I don't have a port yet but I can send these items if requested.

Unbelievable. I'm just waiting for something bad to happen to my game too. At least you're not permanently kicked off the game Gab.
