Question, 10 hard hats (apple pie or chiffon ire) -- I'm not sure what this means. Do I have to make apple and chiffon ire? If so I can't figure out where to make them. Thanks
Apple pie is in bakery and chiffon is in furniture factory.
Well - 2 companies were customer service is rotally absent. And, at least Ryan Air is extremely succesfull.
My point is, there is more to competition than customer service, and top class products. If you look around, you will be amazed to see so many examples of this. Take also the food industry. A lot of low quality products are quite successful.
So, forget what the theory books say - there is a real life, that often is somewhat different.
.....
I don' have a bakery or furniture factory. Guess I need to buy the plants. Thanks....
I had all my solar plants Max Level and i had to destroy one and build another and upgrade it to2 Level.

Oh no! I have ten lvl 6 solar pants too. They already limit the number of energy structures a player can have to force people to buy premium buildings which are expensive to upgrade. Now they expect us to destroy something that took time and money to build. Lame.
How much electricity does the "hydro power plant" generate?

I got 40 in about 4 hours. Then they completely stopped. Close to finishing out stage 3 of the port.
800.... Not much in my opinion for the amount of work that you need to put to it
Of course there is a lot more than customer service, I said as much, re-read my message. You made a big deal out of my humorous comment. This forum is not an appropriate place to discuss economics or politics anyway. However, I'd like to make a quick comment on what you said about low quality products being successful.
I am not sure about your definition of low quality product but as long as there is a demand for cheap stuff people ( like Walmart shoppers) who cannot afford anything better will buy it. Or if there is no alternative. Depends on your budget, need and availability. You are missing the point. If two companies offer the same product for the same price, the company that provides better customer service will be more successful. I feel like I am stating the obvious.
Since we were originally talking about GI, people here complained about their inconsistent CS quite a bit and, given the fact that many received refunds from Apple, these complaints probably made a dent in GI coffers. How big a dent I don't know but I am sure it did not go completely unnoticed.
