Question....

If I build a second warehouse, will I still be able to access my product inside, while one is being upgraded. I hate upgrading my warehouse especially now the upgrade time is over a day

Sure, the one already built will have access. All product is available in any WH. I spread mine around for quick access.

Yes. You have one window for all your warehouses. Additional warehouses just add more slots. Go for it, totally worth it.

Gab, tell us more about your contraptions. Do they actually do anything?

The goal was to drop a quarter and have it land in a piggy bank. They built ramps to roll the quarter down to trigger something else like a row of dominos that trigger a mouse trap. That pulls a string to lift a candle that burns through another string that starts a motor that triggers a weight that falls on a scringe that pushes water to another scringe that pushes over a cup of water that releases the lever holding the quarter to let it drop into a piggy bank. I think I left out some steps. But that's the gist of it. They all got two runs to complete. Many failed though. I let them cheat and tap something that gets stuck. Especially the girls teams. Lol. The girls teams had cute dressed up projects and the boys had very elaborate mechanical ones.

The rube was one of my favorite projects in high school, forget what ours was supposed to do, but it had a drill in it.

Hehe a drill huh? The winning one had a robot that the kids had to program. The quarter rolled down a ramp then this robot grabbed it and put it into the piggy bank.

Sounds like fun. What criteria do you use to pick up the winners? Don't tell me that all kids got prizes for participation lol.

Was a lot of fun. Each transaction is supposed to show a transfer of energy. Like potential to kinetic or electrical to heat or elastic to hydronic etc

Get a point for each transaction and 2 points for each type of energy transactions used. You get points if it completes and there are points for showmanship.

Fist, second and third place. There is also the "golden hammer" award for the fanciest project that did not win. Al others get an easter egg. It also part of their grade. One teams failed to show, prolly got the goose egg.

Hmmm, so you're saying that they all got an easter egg for participating - are you listening GI - rewarded for active participation.

So, finished with 30 cocoas. Just started the upgrading of the ET. Done with cheese, need just 10 teas, of which 3 are brewing, lacking 25 cookies with 5 in the oven. Have 3 eggs, hope to get onefor my cocoas, and if I can place in the next 3, I get 7.

Spring might come soln.

All in all - life could have been worse this morning.
