I don't know if you found the answer to your question, but it means there are 3 suitcases available. So, if you buy one of the 3 gold wrench suitcases, you get 3 wrenches, and the suitcase count will drop to 2.
You do not get 3 suitcases.

So, it should allow you to buy 3 gold and/or 3 silver and/or 3 bronze...

Concentrate on the 2500. When you get to 500 or 20%, you want to have about 7. If you don't have 7 then buy another pizza place. At 1000 or 40% you should have 14? Just monitor your progress. You don't want to buy too many if you don't have to.

Just a heads up Gab, one of the mods on here might want that link removed. They don't tend to like links to external sites. I think they did the same for the BB wiki that was established and had the links removed for that.
