Best tycoon type of game out there ???

Hi all,

I am looking for a good type of tycoon or sim game for the Ipad which is not played online. Anybody got any suggestions ??


I like games where you can build up cities etc.

The Sims 3 Ambitions is a nice game and without the need for WIFI to play.

It is intended for the ipod touch and iPhone, but I have used it on my iPad on occasion.

Thanks for the feedback but i am looking more for games like trade nation or we rule, however offline. I like city builders just find that sim city is a bit too much for the ipad.
