Best apps for Math, Science, Engineering, Computer science students or professionals.

I'm studying engineering and computer science so most of my apps are used for that my favorites are notes plus, kindle(for text books and PDFs), and wolfram alpha.
If there are any scientific people out there what apps do you use?
