Banging head in frustration

Just venting but I have been trying for the last hour and a half to order my daughter an Ipod with engraving for Christmas. When I get to the adding it to the cart stage it either tells me the site is down for maintanence or I just get a moving circle in the center.

Perhaps the site is a tad bit over loaded right now. It is Black Friday and lots are ordering!

I keep trying every 15 minutes or so. I am starting to wonder is it is an issue with my work computer. I may have to wait until I get home. One thing is for sure though it sure is taking away from me getting any work done.
