AV Composite Lead / Video Out Help (cinex/Azul/Oplayer issues)

I'm looking to export Video Out via the COMPOSITE AV Lead (not Component).

It works fine via YouTube App and Apples own video App.

HOWEVER I was wanting to use an App that can play AVI so Cinex or Azul. However I cant seem to get ANY of them working with TV OUT. I get sound only. cant seem to find a solution...

Is there an App that allows TV out on a NON Jailbroken app to enable me to export/play AVI on big screen?

Alas I have both but neither seem to work with AV Out.

Are there ANY apps that do?
