Audio Recorder Request for Ipad2

Hi

Can you help me to find an audio recorder application for ipad 2 which fits with these features :

1 - Free.

2 - Does not requires IOS 5 and above.

3 - Records up to 60 minutes or more.

4 - Able to transfer the recorded audio files via Emil or anything else except iTunes.
