Sorry - I'm not sure that I quite understand this question. Are you saying that you can't get Splashtop to work? Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of the PC/Mac client and placed that on your PC/Mac? Have you entered the password and account on both the iPad and PC/Mac? Have you entered your gmail address on both the PC/Mac?
