apps e cydia

Ho scaricato alcune apps da cydia, ma non trovo icona per lanciare l'applicazione; se entro in cydia mi dice che ho molte apps scaricate me non ho le icone: dove sbaglio???
sapete consigliarmi una app gratis per spostare file da iPad a pc Win e viceversa ed anche una suite gratis tipo office?????

I downloaded some apps from cydia, but I can not find icon to launch the application, and if I go into cydia says I have downloaded many apps I do not have the icons where wrong?
you know you recommend a free app for moving files from PC to Win iPad and vice versa and also a kind office suite for free ?????

Which apps did you download?
A lot of them aren't accessible vie Springboard.
You may find the settings in 'System', or they may be command-line operated.
With the names of the apps it would be easier to determine if there is a problem and how it can be solved.
