For the price it's well worth it IMHO.......very nice addition to the iPad and has a lot of entertainment value.
Plus it just plain works.......no messing around.

It is a device that hook up to your TV. It basically turn you television into a smart TV..... You can watch YouTube, movie clips, listen to live radio stations, etc.... For $100 it is well worth it.
