I cannot find my Apple Apps Icon, I have tried resetting my Apps and I have also tried rebooting my IPad but that is not working,can someone please help?

I suppose you're looking for the App Store. The app looks like this:




It has to be on one of your homescreens, it can't be deleted.

It can't be deleted, however it can be hidden by turning off the ability to install apps in the Restrictions settings. Settings > General > Restrictions. Hope you remember your restrictions passcode.
