App with webviewer only

Does anybody know if it's allowed to submit an ipad app to the app store that contains only a web viewer with a fixed url?

no you cant do that. they require more functionality than just something that can be accessed via the safari browser.



something that would get your GPS coordinates and open a URL according to your location would be accepted. (thats what the hotels.com app does.)

Sorry, the app store doesn't allow people to get suckered into buying a web page (at least not anymore)
