App update hung up and won't go away....

"Cut the rope" app update got stalled for over a day. I tried to fix it by restarting, resetting etc. I removed the app from my ipad hoping to make the installing update go away but it is still there.

So now when I go back to the app store to reinstall the app, I get the updating sign.

So now I'm stuck without the app and with a crazy undying update.

Have you tried syncing with iTunes on your computer? Make sure the offending app is unchecked, then sync. Let us know if it works.

Short answer--no.

Long answer--My ipad is not syncing with itunes on my pc. According to my ipad, it hasn't synced since 9/28/12. However my computer tries to sync, but my ipad is playing hard to get.

Crazy, I know. My computer finds my ipad on wi-fi, but the ipad doesn't seem to recognize my computer.

Even after connecting with cord, the ipad still says no syncing.
