App to copy/paste images to ?

Hi,
I am looking for an app that I can copy images(photos) from say, messenger,
And paste them into the app. This would allow me to save the image and
Clear the conversation. Appreciate any advise !

To clarify : I can tap and hold on an image and copy pops up, but then I don't have
Any app to paste it into.

Photogene for iPad allows loading of an image from the Clipboard. Once it's in Photogene you can export it to one of many options, including Saved Photos. Photogene also allows you to modify in just about any way you wish then export the modified image.
