APP Help

Hi all i just purchased the ipad3. I am a heating contractor and i want to use the ipad for work. I have 10 forms the i made on Word that i fill out by hand each time i need one. i am looking for an app that will allow me fill out the form and save the filled in data. i also want the blank form saved so i can reuse when needed again. i have spent $40 in apps and i am no where closer then when i started. please help i will admit "I have no clue"

iAnnotate sounds like what you want.

There's lots of info about it on existing threads, so search for that on the forum and you'll also see refs to similar apps that you might use.

Note that the app turns Word docs into PDFs.
