App for exhibition enquiries

Does anyone know of an app I can use to take enquiries at a trade show. Traditionally I have used pen and paper, but want to be able to do this now on a ipad but be able to set up fields and then take notes. Any ideas?

If you have an enquiry form on your website, you could open Safari to that page for people to leave their details.

Otherwise, you could try a forms or database app like Bento to set up the fields you want to collect into a database you can export and process when you get back to the office.

Someone mentioned FormConnect a while ago. I looked at it int he App Store and noticed that several of the commenters specifically mentioned using it for tracking stuff at trade shows.

It sounds like a kind of cross between database and form creation/use tool.

I don't use it myself, but it gets very good reviews.
