Any iPad Video Players that disable controls?

I'm working on a project that involves a number of iPads playing what appears to be the same video simultaneously. The iPads are switched in and out at different moments. The PROBLEM... We have to touch the screen of the iPad while the video is playing and the controls pop up. Two fingers touching the screen at the same time (if you can do that with accuracy) keeps the controls from popping up but that is not precise enough. Any alternative iPad video apps that let you disable the pop up control feature?
