I am trying to put my gmail account on my new iPad using the exchange option but after I save it tells me that the exchange password is incorrect. There is no way I'm tying it wrong. Can someone help?
I have not done the exchange approach. Just normally. I have had no problems this way. Apple is always there for your support if you're patient waiting for them on phone, though.

Can you go into settings and turn on your contacts under Google Email? That should work. I am with hansdad1-I did it the normal way using the gmail button.
