Activation code for Netflix

I'm attempting to get comfortable with apps. I've tried to as my iPad to a Netflix account and it's requiring an "activation code." When I look for directions, I only see for them for a TV. Can anyone help me?

I never had to use an activation code...that's strange

Just launch the app and use the same sign in information as you would on your computer.

Yeah. Mine was quick an easy on all 5 of my devices

I have the same problem accessing Netflix. An activation code is requested. How/where do I find the activation code. I am using the original iPad.
