I know it may be over kill but I plan on using it for a travel carrier for my Ipad when the Zagg mate is on it. For under $5 now I don't have to be concerned about my Zagg mate getting scratched or if I want to leave the Zagg mate at home. Black is less showy than the silver of the Zagg mate .

If you search for Neoprene Netbook Bag in the electronics section of Amazon, you will see TONS of netbook bags that will probably work with an iPad for less than $5!

I've seen those at the box stores, but passed. I wanted something a bit more padded and with a shoulder strap (drop-proof), so I use my netbook bag.
