10 iPad but three different cities

Hi,

I am running schools in three different cities. I got 10 similar iPads and distributed as:
5 iPad in City-A with Bob
3 iPad in City-B with Peter
2 iPad in City-C with John

Bob, Peter and John have one AppleID, and purchased some Apps. How can Bob, Peter and John Sync their local iPAD.

Please help thanks.

You could use dropbox app to share things like PDF files and pictures. You could use iCloud to keep all the devices backed up providing you purchase a plan because the 5 gig free will probably not be enough. This will allow you sync things like calendars, notes, mail and reminders. I don't think you can sync the data within each app though to show on each device unless its an apple app like pages, numbers and keynote. They will sync through iCloud.
