If I buy something on my iTunes account, like a TV series, if I delete it to add more, will I lose it for good or can I download again free? My iPad doesn't have enough space to hold more than one TV series only 16g

I've never had problems viewing videos on websites etc but this morning my iPad wont play anything, I get a message telling me to update my QuickTime or flash player! How an I update QuickTime?

Can somebody give a guide as to how to do this? Does the use of the iPad through this way, go towards the set Internet minutes you have with your phone network provider for downloads or web minutes?
