Hello, I apologize if I am posting in incorrect area but I am not real good with tech matters. I have an older iPad mini (9.35) and a bigger iPad (iOS 10.3.3) and I am unable to use them this week for email. I am not able to update the Apple software. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Thank you. I know what I presently have is at its maximum as far as updates go (iOS 9.3.5) but sometimes it is frustrating because when I am writing an email, incorrect words and letters appear. Thanks again.

Apple ran a diagnostics over the telephone with my iPad and said they found nothing wrong with my iPad and that the problem was with the Facebook app and the email app. They had me delete and reinstall Facebook bug the problem still occurs. So, I don't know....
