I thank you so much for your timely and informative reply. I purchased these two iPads in July 2013. They both will charge to 100% but the charge doesn’t last too long. My email provider is AT&T Yahoo DSL (but I am not at all happy with it as I receive about 30 crappy offensive spam emails...
Hello, I apologize if I am posting in incorrect area but I am not real good with tech matters. I have an older iPad mini (9.35) and a bigger iPad (iOS 10.3.3) and I am unable to use them this week for email. I am not able to update the Apple software.
Can anyone help? Thank you.
Thank you. The red checkmark was shown on the App Store icon on my iPad mini screen showing there was one update to be made and it was also shown on the lower right as per your illustration. Went to Best Buy with my mini and the tech person clicked on settings, iTunes and App Store, then he...
i have 1st generation mini iPad (it won't update beyond iOS 9.3.5) and was thinking about buying the iPad mini 5 - is it true that it will not be made? Also, another question please, are the Apple iPad minis going to be discontinued? Thanks.
I have a red checkmark showing on my iPad mini (1st generation) that I have an app that needs to be updated, however there are no updates to be made. How do I clear and erase the red checkmark? Thank you.

Thank you. I know what I presently have is at its maximum as far as updates go (iOS 9.3.5) but sometimes it is frustrating because when I am writing an email, incorrect words and letters appear. Thanks again.
