My Outlook folder list using IMAP is exactly what appears on my iPad and iPhone. In Outlook as you know you can collapse the sub folders and I have it in an order that I really don't wish to change so it is like dealing with a Catch 22 situation. :(
I just tried what you suggested and the sub folders still appear. The only difference is that instead of being a sub folder under my Inbox they appear further down the folder list as a independent folder along with the related sub folders.
Not that I have heard of and it should be a fairly easy fix for the geniuses at Apple. When it comes to email functions they are definitely behind the curve.
I just upgraded to Fingerprint 2.2 from 2.1 and my iPad does not recognize my printer. I have a Canon MP970 and is was printing perfectly when I used 2.1.

OK, I figured it out. I was using the original Fingerprint program. Tonight I purchased the upgrade to Fingerprint 2 for only $7.98. As soon as I tried printing with Fingerprint 2 it worked. Apparently the people at Collobos Software did not want to make the original program compatible with iO6...
